I ordered two candles when they arrived they were beautifully boxed in plain black boxes but then they’d been sent in a plastic postal envelope, no bubble wrap or any other sort of protection and one of the boxes was very badly damaged. I contacted the customer services via Facebook (no-one seems to monitor the email address) and to be truthful their response was extremely strange. First of all they offered me a discount on my next purchase, I responded no thank you I’d just have a replacement box please. They then said the boxes were just for packaging, then offered me another discount. I explained I wasn’t wanting a discount all I wanted was a replacement box or a returns address so I could return the damaged candle or get someone in customer services to contact me to resolve this problem. They’ve sent me a brand new candle, which is lovely, but what a complete waste of financing.
I have not received my candle yet,thought it would be here by now.
